Kallidus LMS has centralised training resources and budgets and provided a one-stop-shop for learning and development. More than 800 employees are using the system to access e-learning courses for key technical and mandatory subjects and for bite-sized blended learning initiatives aligned to individual learning needs.

  • The centralised system has streamlined administration and removed the burden of manually tracking and chasing course attendees, freeing up around three working days every month within the L&D department. This is being invested back into continuous development activities.

  • Kallidus also supplied financial compliance e-learning modules. These were so well received by learners that the claims department has developed some of its own engaging content for new starters, using authoring tools supplied by Kallidus. The move from classroom training to e-learning has resulted in further significant cost savings.

  • Kallidus LMS has enabled the organisation to link behavioural competency frameworks with training and professional CPD. The LMS provides personalised access for each user to the company’s Training Academy, offering Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications and other accredited training programmes, whilst supporting key train-the-trainer and coaching initiatives.
