United Biscuits is the leading manufacturer of sweet and savoury snack foods in the UK. With seven manufacturing facilities in the UK alone and production lines running 24/7, the company has a large workforce spanning all aspects of biscuit manufacture, from production to sales and customer service.

With 4,600 UK staff, 80% of whom work on the factory floor in varying shift patterns, United Biscuits needed a solution that would streamline the management and delivery of training, improve access to learning and minimise production downtime.
