Stephen Hunt

Stephen currently serves as Training and Development Manager at Gray Construction in Lexington, KY, where he established Gray University for Gray and its seven sister companies, spearheaded the development of career frameworks for nearly 40 operational roles, and overhauled the company’s onboarding and performance management processes. Stephen serves on the Board of Directors for Kentucky’s MEP (Manufacturing Extension Partnership) through the University of Louisville and is a member with and recent mentee through L&D Cares.
