Kallidus have extensive administration training as well as ongoing and high levels of support through service desk and monthly account manager meetings.

Continually sharing roadmap with regular new features being released, with communication and opportunity to collaborate/consult on development as a customer.

The easy of use is one of the selling points of this software. Both from a user and administrator perspective, the software offers the functionality that we were looking for as a company of almost 600 employees.

Despite enjoying the platform and seeing valuable improvements being made, the absolute highlight to me is the customer support.

Our account manager speaks with us frequently and has built a personal relationship with the company, and the support teams respond very quickly to any question with helpful tips and feedback.

I like the visibility through a team structure as a head of department, the oversight I have of the hierarchy of teams that report into me via a management team.

I enjoy the ability to share input from both sides, allow for edits and review and the requirement for final sign off is particularly useful.
